Are you listed in Sidedoor?

Sidedoor helps job seekers and contractors find roles and the people hiring for them. If you've posted about a job on LinkedIn, you may be in it.

Why you might be here

You published a LinkedIn post or job listing about a role (for example as a recruiter, or a manager hiring for your team), or
someone looked up a job listing and Sidedoor suggested you as its likely hiring manager.

What we show

Your name, LinkedIn headline, location, employer and a link to your LinkedIn profile.
Short excerpts (up to 280 characters) of your public job posts, with a link to the full post on LinkedIn.
An email address or phone number only if you published it in one of your own job posts.
For suggested hiring managers: name, job title, location and profile link only, marked as a best guess with a confidence score. Never contact details.

What we don't do

We never message you, and we don't send anything on users' behalf.
We don't sell or rent your information.
We don't collect anything private or unrelated to your work, and we don't log in to LinkedIn as anyone to collect information.
Users agree to contact people only about genuine roles, never with bulk or marketing messages.

Remove yourself

Email hello@sidedoor.ing with the link to your LinkedIn profile (and, if you like, the words "remove me").

We remove you within 5 business days, including your posts and any contact details.
We add you to a suppression list so you aren't added again. We keep only what we need to recognise you on that list.
We'll confirm by email when it's done.

Correct something, or see what we hold

Email the same address. We'll reply within 30 days. If a detail is wrong (you've moved company, or you're not a recruiter), we'll fix or remove it.

Our Privacy policy explains where this information comes from, which providers process it, how long we keep it, and how to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you're not happy with our response.
